Conservation Easement Services

ARS Review Appraisers have extensive experience and training in the preparation and technical review of conservation easement valuation, flood plain easement valuation and wetland reserve valuation reports prepared under the guidelines of both the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Technical review assignments in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, California, Massachusetts, Georgia, Delaware, Vermont and Pennsylvania include reports prepared under the Farm & Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) and the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP), Healthy Forest Reserve Program (HFRP), Emergency Watershed and Flood Plain Easement (EWPP-FPE) and the Agricultural Easement Program (ACEP-ALE, ACEP-WRE), as administered by the United States Department of Agriculture and the National Resources Conservation Service. Training and experience specific to these assignments includes the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, Conservation Easement Valuation, Appraisal for Federal-Aid Projects, Appraisal Review for Federal-Aid Projects and Appraisal Review in Eminent Domain.
